The Tee Up For Kids Foundation held the fifth annual Corporate Charity Golf Day at Riversdale Golf Club on February 17, 2015. The course was in great condition and 64 golfers took part (16 teams of 4), on a perfect afternoon with the majority of holes sponsored by participating companies (see below). The course lived up to its reputation, challenging most players but everyone rose to the challenge, the atmosphere throughout the afternoon was one of great enjoyment underpinned by a competitive mood.
The Foundation would like to sincerely thank all those who participated and gave of their time on the day.
The 2014 TUFK Charity Golf Day was a huge success raising the significant sum, close to $18,000, which was a fantastic effort.
The money will be used in cooperation with the Mirabel Foundation (www.mirabelfoundation.org.au) to continue to provide support through Educational Programs to assist children who have been orphaned or abandoned due to parent illicit drug use and are now in the care of extended family (kinship care).
We thank all those who participated and gave of their time for this event.
More than 230 golfers ‘teed-off’ to make the inaugural Geoff Ogilvy Golf Challenge an outstanding success at Royal Melbourne on Monday.
